Hello! 😄 So, a little about me: I am a parafeminine nonbinary person, from Ontario, Canada. I am openly transgender, and autistic. I made this site with the intention to provide free resources to transpeople, people with disabilities, and other low-income folks. Why that combination? Because transgender people have significantly higher chances of having a disability than Cisgender people and have much higher rates of poverty because of it.

a person who is not transgenderCisgender: a person who is not transgender.

I'd also like to shed some light on my own journey navigating "the system"™, in the hopes that I can help others avoid some of the pitfalls and mistakes that I did. The system is not only not designed for us, but many aspects of it I believe are intentionally designed to make it nearly impossible to get the services we need, to avoid paying out (see my current tribunal case for example, where I am fighting with OHIP since they declined surgery funding partly because I'm nonbinary - this is documented, and I will be publishing the results as soon as my case is over).

Some content will be more regional, but I feel and hope that there are some parts that could benefit or at least resonate with others elsewhere too.

Unfortunately being trans comes with politics of it's own. Just our mere existence often seems to be a political hot potatoe🥔 (I hope I'm using that expression right). Naturally political opinions may apply here.
